Richland's involvement in Northern California dates to the mid 1990's, when it planned and developed the highly successful 2,400-acre Highland Reserve Specific Plan in Roseville, which now includes several thousand homes, multiple business parks and several million square feet of retail space, including the Roseville Galleria Mall.
